Security Guards

Once we have selected the appropriate people to assign exclusively to your site. Our philosophy of having the “same faces at the same places” builds trust and cohesion between our Client and the assigned security guards which creates a better working relationship for all parties involved. This philosophy has helped Ricco Security, Inc. have an 10+ year client retention average and the pleasure of providing security services to our community for over 40 years.

Within each assigned security crew there is a designated Site Supervisor exclusive to each location. A few of the Site Supervisors’ many roles is to provide the Client with an on-site manager at their disposal when needed. Additionally, the Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing/enforcing the site’s day-to-day security operations as requested by the client and managing security staff members assigned to the location.

All security staff members are interviewed and hired by Ownership. With careful consideration, select candidates must first pass a criminal background check via Michigan State Police System. Only after completing this process are the individuals then evaluated and properly placed at locations that are conducive to their skill level because security guards are more than just a visual deterrent. They are a first impression and a reflection of your business! Having the CORRECT personality & disposition for your site that mirrors your vision is imperative.
